The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Bekasi. Population of this research is employee at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Bekasi. Sampling was obtained through purposive sampling with a sample of 62 respondents and data were collected through a questionnaire. Then the data is processed with the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The result have showed that there are influence of work motivation and leadership on performance. But, there is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Bekasi.
