Employee performance is the result of work that has been achieved by someone in the organization in accordance with the responsibilities carried out in an effort to achieve organizational goals well. This is what makes performance very important to be implemented in the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership variables, organizational culture and competence on employee performance. The object of this research is PT Phintraco Sekuritas, which is one of the Indonesian securities companies. The sample used in the study was 95 employees using non-probability sampling techniques. Where the data collection technique is done using a questionnaire. The results of research indicate that leadership and competence have an influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture variables have no effect on employee performance. So that PT Phintraco Sekuritas needs to pay attention to leadership behavior among employees, develop an applied organizational culture and competencies to obtain maximum employee performance.
