The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of enterprise risk management (ERM), firm size, profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, investment decision, and corporate social responsibility on firm value in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study were selected on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period of year 2016-2018 then obtained as many as 136 coompanies listed which selected by purposive sampling method. The method data analysis used multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The result of this study showed that ERM, profitability, CSR, and moderating variable had influence towards firm value. While the firm size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and investment decision had no influence towards firm value.
