This research was conducted to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Performance in the Highrise Area of PT.ABC Bekasi City. The descriptive research method was used with multiple linear regression as a hypothesis test. Data was obtained from primary and secondary data using a Likert scale as a measurement. Purposive sampling was used to determine the research sample as many as 51 permanent employees with a population of 100 employees. The hypothesis test states that variable X in the study has a significant positive effect on variable Y.
