This study is conducted to determine the influence of leadership style, workload, and job insecurity to turnover intention employee of PT. Kahatex Jakarta Branch. The sampling used in this research is non-probability sampling by saturation sampling methods and amounted to 86 employees. Data Collection instrument by using a questionnaire. SPSS 25 program is used to find out the influence of all independent variables above to dependent variable. In this research, the data analysis method is using multiple regression. The results showed that leadership style is not significantly influential to turnover intention, workload is significantly influential to turnover intention, and job insecurity is significantly influential to turnover intention. For this reason, it is suggested that company must pay attention to the workload and job insecurity of employee. With standardized work procedure, company could help boost employee performances and make them feel secure, therefore employee turnover intention would be suppressed.
