| dc.description.abstract | This internship report was created to explain the activities carried out by the author during the Magang Mandiri process at PT Victory International Futures. This program was formed to provide students with the opportunity to gain work experience and make a contribution to the company where the Magang Mandiri process is carried out and this Magang Mandiri program lasts for three months. This report explains the daily activities carried out by the author in assisting company activities as part of the Recruitment Officer, such as carrying out the stages of the recruitment process starting from conducting job postings, screening applicant CVs, recapitulating the required applicant data, conducting screening interviews with candidates, to moderator during training and others. The activities carried out will be explained more fully in this report. Through this program, the writer gains a lot of experience and knowledge, and can develop the writer's abilities and skills. The results received from implementing this program with an internship duration of three months, were very effective and efficient.
